Upon the first meetings with a client, we like to define the scope and nature of a project in order to establish an ideal budget and design priorities. We then develop a timeline and estimate tailored to each project.

DESIGN

The design process is an integral part of our practice, using our knowledge and expertise, as well as information gathered from the client combined, we collaborate on developing an efficient and elegant solution. We have the ability to provide visuals to support our vision and help the client in making an informed decision on the direction of their project.

CONSTRUCTION

Site work can begin as soon as building permits are obtained, which can happen sooner in a design-build project as aspects of the design process carry through the construction phases.
